How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. 

• Orders are typically shipped out within 7 to 14 days of placing the order.
• Once the order has been shipped, 2 to 5 days of domestic shipping is required.
• 4 to 15-day shipping for international orders, depending upon customs clearance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship far and wide. See below for the full list of countries. Please note that we are not responsible for customs and import duties determined by each country's individual customs agency. Duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Many UK, US, and EU products are produced and shipped locally, so they will not incur duties.

Are all products available in my shipping zone?

Most of our products are available across all shipping zones, but a few items might be restricted based on location. This is quite rare, and you'll be promptly notified during checkout if any product in your cart is unavailable for shipping to your area.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If the fulfilment process has not yet started, we can change or cancel your order. However, this is not guaranteed. Contact our customer support team here as soon as possible for assistance.
