Refund policy

Thank you for joining our community and shopping at Dad’s Old Vinyl. As a small business, we really value your support. We hope you love our products as much as we do.

Every item you order from DOV is made especially for you when you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and makes Dad’s Old Vinyl much more sustainable. Therefore, returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. Instead, we offer these items to charity.

We want to make sure you’re 100% confident and happy when placing your order. 

US & International Orders

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it for free or issue a refund.

Replacements requested for reasons outside our control may be subject to a shipping charge.

No refunds will be made more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

UK Orders

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the item. It must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Return postage is at your cost.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item: We cover it. Free replacement or full refund — no return postage cost to you.

Refunds: Processed within 5-7 days of us receiving the item back to your original payment method.
